Congress 2021 – New Dates

Dear Congress participants, Members, Colleagues and Friends
 
The EABP Board and the Congress Planning Committee for Bologna 2021 are pleased to confirm 9th – 12th September 2021 as the new dates for our next Congress, which was previously planned for September 2020.
 
We are very happy to announce that keynote speakers Stephen Porges and Sue Carter, as well as Marianne Bentzen, Corrado Sinigaglia, Ulfried Geuter and George Downing from 2020, have confirmed their participation at the EABP Congress 2021. We are pleased Vittorio Gallese will take part.  Giovanni Stanghellini unfortunately is not available for the 2021 dates.
 
We hope that many of you will welcome the opportunity to attend the Congress in 2021 and also the GA for members.  This will offer you a chance to re-meet and spend time with colleagues and friends. You will also have an excellent opportunity to see and meet new people.
 
In 2021 Bologna airport will be fully operational.
 
Your participation in Bologna in 2021:

  • If you have paid for Congress tickets for Bologna 2020 your booking will automatically be applied / transferred to Bologna Congress 2021.
  • The 2020 current Normal Registration fees available will remain open for bookings until December 31st2020. This allows you to book for Congress 2021 at a 2020 price, if you book before 31st December 2020. From 1st September 2020 this category will be renamed Early registration fees 2021.                                     
  • From 1st January 2021 the next category will apply, which is the Normal Registration fee 2021. The Normal and Late Fees 2021 will be higher than the fees available in 2020.                                                                          
  • Very Early Fees 2021 will not be available as we will be honouring those participants who have registered and paid for very early and early fees 2020 already.                                                                                           
  • We will inform you about Dinner Dance and Sightseeing Tour after we have completed negotiations with the providers of these.

Pre-Congress Workshops and Congress Workshops
 
We will be confirming the Pre-congress workshop titles and facilitators soon, please check the website after the summer holidays, so you can make a booking for them.
 
We are opening the process of receiving proposals for Congress 2021 Workshops and Seminars from September 2020 onwards. Proposals in 2020 will carry forward to 2021. The same guidelines will apply.
 
You are of course welcome to submit a different proposal, as your thinking and experiencing may have moved on. In which case, please remove your old proposal from the Congress Website.
