Description:

The workshop is the exploration of an integrated approach where Post-Reichian body  psychotherapy, Porges Polyvagal theory (neuroception), EMDR and Mindfulness create a platform to work with severely traumatised people (refugees, survivals of war, torture and SGBV) even from other cultures, using elements of Etno-psychiatry. During the workshop there will be practical experiences (individual or in group), coming from the work in post-emergency situations in Italy and abroad.

CRISTINA ANGELINI, Professional Order of Psychologists 1992. Certified as Psychotherapist 1995. Private practice in Rome: Analytical-Body Approach, EMDR, Child treatment Trainer from 2002 for: EU, UNICEF, UNFPA, AIDOS projects on Gender Based Violence, Resilience, PTSD, Psychological First Aid-Counselling, Child Abuse, in Gaza, Jordan, Syria, Nepal, Tanzania, Burkina Fasu, Irak -Kurdistan. Italian Delegate at Women Deliver, Kuala Lumpur, Malesia 2013. Lecturer at UN CSW 2014-15 New York USA.
