The Congress Dinner is always a highlight, a chance to gather not as practitioners or participants, but as a community. This year’s dinner will take place on Saturday evening at the Cornstore Restaurant: a much-loved Cork venue known for its warm atmosphere, generous hospitality and vibrant energy.

Set within a beautifully restored historic building, the restaurant combines rustic textures with contemporary style creating a lively yet intimate setting, perfect for an evening of shared celebration. The Cornstore is renowned for its commitment to quality ingredients and bold, satisfying flavours. With a menu that champions locally sourced produce and expertly prepared dishes, the evening promises to be as nourishing as it is convivial.

Getting there from Cork City Hall is simple and pleasant: a short walk of around 10 – 15 minutes through the heart of the city. Leaving City Hall, you’ll cross over the River Lee and make your way into the lively streets of the city centre, where shops, pubs and evening lights create a gentle buzz.
