Conditions of refund
EABP does not provide refunds for congress fees, unless an exceptional circumstance occurs. In such a case, you may write to the Congress Registration Office and provide information about the circumstances preventing you from attending the event. The Registration Office will forward your claim to the appropriate officers. EABP will deal with your claim and inform you of its decision about a possible refund. Please be noted that, there is an administrative fee, charged for refunding.
In the case of a pandemic outbreak in your home country, we will refund you with up to 50 % of the fee.
Privacy Policy
As a congress participant, I agree not to disclose any confidential information about clients and congress participants revealed. I agree to abide by any confidentiality agreements set by individual workshop leaders.
Limitation of liability for internal content
The content of our website has been compiled with meticulous care and to the best of our knowledge. However, we cannot assume any liability for the up-to-datedness, completeness or accuracy of any of the pages.
We as service providers are liable for our own content on these pages in accordance with general laws.
