- Cancellations Policy
- We will retain 50 € for administration costs for cancellations before 28th February 2026, and 100 € for cancellations before 31st May 2026. There will be no refunds after that date. You can propose another participant to take your place, and in that case, you will only pay half of the administration costs. If you transfer your booking to someone else, please let us know and provide their name, email address, and country to the Secretariat, Saranda Rexha, info@congress.eabp.org. You should also arrange payment from the new delegate, to you, yourself.
- In order to make provision for unforeseen circumstances that may affect your travel on the day, we encourage you to take out your own travel insurance.
- Privacy Policy
- As a congress participant, I agree not to disclose any confidential information about clients and congress participants revealed. I agree to abide by any confidentiality agreements set by an individual workshop leader.
- Accommodation:
- In order to make planning your Cork trip easier we give you some information about hotels and guest houses near the congress venue. However, we ask you to organise your own accommodation. We cannot book accommodation for you, and we cannot take responsibility for the service you will get in your accommodation.
- Limitation of liability for internal content
- The content of our website has been compiled with meticulous care and to the best of our knowledge. However, we cannot assume any liability for the up-to-datedness, completeness or accuracy of any of the pages.
- We as service providers are liable for our own content on these pages in accordance with general laws. However, we as service providers are not under obligation to monitor external information provided or stored on our website. Once we have become aware of a specific infringement of the law, we will immediately remove the content in question.
